Nourishment
Body: Active recovery + deep breathing.
Mind: Nutrition audit — what fuels you and what drains you?

Body: Strength day — squats, lunges, pushups, plank.

Mind: Write your before vs after. Name what changed.

Daily Structure — What Every Day Looks Like
6:30 AM Live
Daily live session on Zoom — 30 minutes. Opening devotion, the day's theme, and a charge to begin. You can join live or watch the replay.
Morning Message
Daily WhatsApp message with the full day brief — workout, devotion, nutrition focus, and performance/purpose prompt. Sent 6:00 AM.
The Work
Complete the day's workout, read the devotion, execute the discipline focus. No gym required. 30–40 minutes total. Beginner and advanced options.
Evening Check-in
Report your four non-negotiables in the WhatsApp community. Workout ✅ Water ✅ Devotion ✅ Discipline ✅. Peer accountability — no judgment, all honesty.

Nigerian Nutrition Guide — Eating with Intention

No extreme diets. No banned foods. Stewardship, not legalism.

Increase

  • Water — 2 to 3 litres daily
  • Protein — eggs, fish, beans, chicken
  • Vegetables — efo, ugwu, okra, tomatoes
  • Fruits — pawpaw, banana, orange, watermelon

Reduce

  • Portion size — rice, swallow, fufu
  • Late night heavy meals (after 9pm)
  • Soft drinks and sugary beverages
  • Mindless snacking between meals

Principle

  • Eat Nigerian food — just eat it with intention
  • Decide your meals before hunger decides for you
  • One meal today eaten slowly, without a screen
  • Food is stewardship — not punishment, not reward

Mind: Set your Q4 intention — body and career.

Performance: What does Q4 need from you physically?

Endurance
Body: Longer walk or jog intervals — 25 mins.
Mind: Identify your primary energy drain. Address it.

Career: What do you need to endure through this season?

Strength
Body: Push further — more reps, harder variations.
Mind: Where are you operating below your capacity?

Purpose: What strength does your calling require of you?

Identity
Body: Cardio + core — 30 mins total.
Mind: "I am disciplined." Repeat it — then live it.

Performance: Lead yourself first today in every area.

Body: Full body circuit — no rest between exercises.
Mind: Eliminate three distractions from today.

Body: Challenge — beat every previous personal best.

When you register, you are paired with one other participant for the 7 days. You check in with each other daily. You hold each other to the four non-negotiables. You are not doing this alone — and you are not allowed to quietly quit without someone noticing.

Body: Something you haven't tried. New movement. New distance.
Mind: Name the thing you've been too afraid to begin.

Career: What would you do if failure wasn't the final word?

Gratitude
Body: Stretch and walk. Slow. Grateful.
Mind: List everything your body has carried this year.

Purpose: Thank God specifically for the capacity he gave.

Body: Your greatest effort yet — this is the finish line.
Mind: Write your personal commission for the year ahead.
